Menjelang HPL (Hari Perkiraan Lahir) nih, mulai deg-degan bagaimana rasanya lahiran, but I dont care! coz my junior has been yean first. Actually, thats make me envy, wwwuuhhh. Okey, back to topic. Kami juga sudah mulai nyiapin barang-barang yang mau dibawa ke Rumah Sakit Bersalin nanti, hmm.. kira-kira apa ya yang perlu dibawa?


Ini barang bawaanku, how about yours?

1. Beberapa set baju baby
2. Handuk baby
3. Clodi / Diaper / Popok kain
4. Topi baby
5. Sepatu kain bayi
6. Sarung tangan bayi
7. Selimut untuk digunakan ketika membawa bayi pulang

Untuk poin 1 - 9 buat kami berdasar pengalaman kakak-kakak yang sudah melahirkan di RSB tempat kami, sampai bayi dibawa pulang akan dipakaikan pakaian dari RS dulu. Jadi kami membawa hanya untuk perjalanan pulang saja.

10. Pompa ASI dan botolnya.
Buat berjaga-jaga saja sih, karena dari buku Catatan Ayah ASI perlu membawa barang ini, apalagi jika RS nya pro ASI seperti yang kami tuju ini.

11. Beberapa set baju untuk ibu (kalau bisa sih daster bukaan depan saja biar gampang menyusuinya)
Lagi-lagi dari pengalaman kakak-kakak terdahulu, di RSB tempat kami melahirkan nanti Insya Allah, jika kehamilan pertama biasanya ibu akan diperbolehkan pulang jika sudah 3 hari untuk melihat kondisi Ibu dan bayi. Berbeda jika kelahiran kedua, biasanya sehari sudah boleh pulang. Jadi kami membawa 6 setel baju.

Ada RS yang menyediakan pembalut kain untuk ibu, tapi rasanya lebih aman jika kita membawa sendiri bukan, paling tidak persiapan membawa 20 pcs. Bagaimanapun, kan pasti minimal 4 jam sekali kita pasti ganti pembalut bukan?

Perubahan yang terjadi adalah:

1. Pada kehamilan pertama, pada umur kehamilan >32 minggu janin turun ke bawah dan kepalanya masuk ke ruongga panggul. Ibu akan merasa bernafasnya lebih longgar, tidur lebih enak dan lebih sering kencing karena janin makin menekan kandung kencing ibu. Pada kehamilan kedua dan selanjutnya, biasanya kepala baru turun menjelang kelahiran. 
2. Ibu sering merasa sakit seperti kram di perut bagian bawah, karena rahim sediki t teregang. Rasa kram ini timbul berulang-ulang tetapi tidak teratur. 
3. Alat kelamin akan menjadi lebih basah atau lembab

Apakah tanda-tanda ibu akan melahirkan ?

Tanda-tandanya adalah:

1. Timbulnya rasa mules dari panggul belakang ke arah depan, mula-mula lemah dan jaraknya panjang, selanjutnya berangsur-angsur menjadi semakin kuat dan jaraknya semakin pendek dan menjadi teratur bila saat melahirkan tiba.
2. Rahim terasa kencang bila diraba, terutama saat mules.
3. Keluarnya lendir bercampur darah dari jalan lahir
4. Keluarnya cairan ketuban yang berwarna jernih kekuningan dari jalan lahir

Bagaimana persalinan berlangsung ?

Proses persalinan terdiri dari 4 kala, yaitu :

1. Kala 1 : waktu untuk pembukaan serviks sampai menjadi pembukaan lengkap 10 cm2.
2. Kala 2 : kala pengeluaran janin, waktu uterus dengan kekuatan his (mules) di tambah dengan kekuatan mengejan mendorong janin keluar hingga lahir3.
3. Kala 3 : waktu untuk pelepasan dan pengeluaran uri
4. Kala 4 : mulai dari lahirnya uri selama 1-2 jam

Bagaimana terjadi pada pembukaan jalan lahir ?
Pembukaan jalan lahir terjadi karena adanya gerakan otot rahim yang teratur dan menyebabkan rasa mules, yang makin lama makin kuat, lama dan sering. Pada kelahiran anak pertama, pembukaan jalan lahir sampai lengkap berlangsur 12 – 18 jam. Pada kelahiran anak kedua dan seterusnya, pembukaan ini biasanya lebih cepat, yaitu 6- 8 jam dari sejak timbulnya rasa mules sampai bayi lahir.

Apa yang perlu dilakukan ibu sejak merasa mules?

Yang perlu dilakukan oleh ibu adalah:

1. Berusaha kencing sesering mungkin agar pembukaan jalan lahir tidak tergangu, karena kandung kencing yang penuh akan menekan rahim sehingga gerakan otot rahim terganggu.
2. Berjalan-jalan ringan bila masih mungkin
3. Bila rasa mules bertambah, tarik nafas panjang melalui hidung dan mengeluarkannya melalui mulut
4. Menghindari mengejan bila pembukaan jalan lahir belum lengkap
5. Makan dan minum diantara mules seperti biasa kalau memungkinkan,kalau tidak minum saja cukup.

Bagaimana posisi mengejan yang baik ?

Posisi yang baik untuk mengejan adalah sesuai dengan keinginan dan kenyamanan ibu, tapi ada beberapa posisi baik yang bisa dilakukan ibu pada saat mengejan, yaitu:

1. Duduk atau setengah duduk, seringkali merupakan posisi yang paling nyaman, di samping memudahkan penolong persalinan dalam memimpin persalinan pada saat keluarnya kepala bayi, dan dalam mengamati perineum
2. Menungging atau posisi merangkak, baik dilakukan bila ibu merasakan kepala bayi tertahan di punggungnya. Posisi ini juga bermanfaat pada bayi yang sulit berputar
3. Jongkok atau berdiri, posisi ini membantu turunnya kepala bila persalinan berlangsung lambat atau bila ibu tidak mampu mengejan
4. Berbaring pada sisi kiri tubuh, posisi ini nyaman dan mampu mencegah ibu mengejan ketika pembukaan belum lengkap

Posisi yang tidak baik bagi ibu adalah berbaring lurus terlentang. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan penekanan pada pembuluh darah yang membawa darah untuk janin dan ibu, sehingga mereka akan memperoleh aliran darah dan oksigen yang lebih sedikit. Selain itu pada posisi ini ibu akan mengalam kesulitan dalam mengejan

Apakah tanda bahwa pembukaan jalan lahir sudah lengkap ?

Bila pembukaan jalan lahir sudah lengkap, ibu merasa seperti akan buang air besar

Apa yang dilakukan ibu bila pembukan jalan lahir sudah lengkap ?

bidan atau dokter akan meminta ibu mengejan seperti pada waktu buang air besar, setiap kali rasa mules timbul. Bila mules hilang, ibu dilarang mengejan. Ibu istirahat, ngambil napas,diselingi minum untuk rehidrasi.Setelah mengejan beberapa kali, kepala bayi akan terdorong keluar dan bayi akan lahir.Untuk anak pertama lama mengejan max.2 jam dan anak kedua dan seterusnya max 1 jam.

Apa yang dilakukan bidan atau dokter segera setelah bayi lahir ?

1. Mengeringkan tubuh bayi (tanpa dimandikan) dan membersihkan mulut serta hidung bayi diatas perut ibu.
2. Memotong dan merawat tali pusat
3. Menghangatkan atau membungkus bayi dan diberikan ibu untuk segera disusui dengan metode kangguru.
4. Membantu ibu untuk mengeluarkan ari-ari yang biasanya lahir 15 menit setelah bayi lahir
5. Memeriksa keutuhan ari-ari yang keluar agar tidak ada yang tersisa di dalam rahim untuk mencegah terjadinya perdarahan pada masa nifas
6. Memberkan salep mata pada kedua mata bayi

Apa tanda-tanda bayi yang dilahirkan sehat ?

1. Segera menangis
2. Bernafas spontan
3. Banyak bergerak
4. Warna kulit merah muda
5. Berat badan 2,5 kg atau lebih

HPHT merupakan singkatan dari Hari Pertama Haid Terakhir, yaitu hari pertama ketika menstruasi datang pada bulan terakhir sebelum bunda tidak menstruasi lagi.

HPHT berhubungan dengan HPL atau Hari Perkiraan Lahir, atau biasa disebut juga HTP (Hari Tafsiran Persalinan)..

Kalau bunda sudah tahu tanggal HPHT nya, bunda bisa menghitung HPL kok!
Caranya mudah, tulis tanggal, bulan, dan tahun HPHT menggunakan angka, kemudian untuk hari ditambah 7, untuk bulan dikurang 3, dan untuk tahun ditambah 1.
Masih bingung? Saya kasih contoh ya bund..

Misalkan HPHT bunda pada tanggal 10 Oktober 2013, berarti HPL nya tanggal berapa?
Begini caranya, tulis HPHT menggunakan angka:

Kemudian tulis rumus ini dibawahnya +7 -3 +1
Seperti ini:
10 10 2013 (10 Oktober 2013)
+7 -3 +1 ( RUMUS )
Hasilnya: 17 7 2014
Berarti HPL nya pada tanggal 17 Juli 2014 bund..

Bagaimana jika bulan tidak bisa dikurang 3?
Contohnya HPHT tanggal 5 Januari 2014

Tulis HPHT dan rumus dibawah HPHT seperti contoh di atas!

Untuk tanggal, jumlahkan seperti biasa, karena bulan 1 tdk bisa dikurangi 3, berarti harus pinjam tahun (2014-1). Karena sudah pinjam 1 tahun (12 bulan), berarti untuk januari bisa ditambah 12 bulan (1+12), yaitu sama dengan 13. Hitungannya menjadi seperti ini:
5 (1+12) (2014-1)
+7 -3 +1
Menjadi:
5 13 2013
+7 -3 +1
Hasilnya: 12 10 2014
Berarti HPL pada tanggal 12 Oktober 2014 bund

Alhamdulillah.. baru menginjak masa-masa transisi berbagi dengan si kecil, yaitu masa ngidam. Aku baru mengetahui hamil itu saat minggu ke-4. Yah, tidak terlalu berharap banyak pada Test Pack (TP). Sudah ikut promil alami, minum ini minum itu. Hmmm, harusnya bahas promilnya dulu apa ya? Hm, oke baiklah, next time aja yah. Gak ngerti udah berapa banyak habis TP, karena memang kami harus bersabar selama 10 bulan untuk menanti hehamilan ini, hehe makanya belinya yang OneMed yang 2ribuan aja.

Antara minggu ke-18 sampai ke-22, Bunda akan dibuat takjub merasakan gerakan janin pertamakalinya. Janin umumnya bergerak normal minimal 10 kali sehari atau 1 kali dalam 1 jam. Ia
akan lebih aktif di malam hari karena pengaruh hormon dalam tubuh ibu yg juga aktif di malam
hari. Kelincahan geraknya juga berbeda satu sama lain, jadi tidak perlu membandingkan gerakan
janin Anda dengan janin ibu lainnya ya. Inilah uniknya gerak- gerik janin yang perlu Anda tahu:

1. Mengulet. Pagi hari sebelum bangkit, Anda biasa mengulet di tempat tidur? Janin juga melakukannya. Dia juga merasa pegal setelah beberapa jam tidur. Gerakan meregangkan otot tubuh itu dilakukan beberapa kali dalam sehari. Janin mengulet di pagi hari bisa membangunkan Anda yang masih tidur lho! Aksinya makin terasa jika Anda berbaring telentang.
2. Olahraga. Luruskan kaki kanan ke depan, lalu kaki kiri! Luruskan tangan kanan ke depan, ganti tangan kiri. Itulah gerakan olahraga janin. Anda merasakannya sebagai gerakan menendang dan menyikut, padahal di dalam rahim janin tengah melatih otot tubuhnya untuk berkembang.
3. Mengisap Jempol. Tidak hanya dilakukan bayi atau balita, janin juga bisa! Umumnya jempol masuk ke mulut janin saat Anda menikmati makanan lezat. Janin menunggu turunnya zat-zat gizi di makanan itu sampai ke aliran darahnya melalui plasenta. Unik, tapi itu fakta!
4. Berputar. Saat Anda bekerja, janin tidak mau kalah. Ia sibuk menggerakkan kedua tangan. Apalagi bila ia menganggap tali pusat yang menghubungkan janin dengan Anda adalah benda menarik. Janin akan memutar- mutar tali pusat dan menggunakannya untuk berpindah dari satu sisi ke sisi lain.
5. Mengetuk, tok ..tok! Biasanya muncul bila Anda mengetuk janin lebih dahulu. Janin usia 24 minggu bisa merespon karena sistem saraf pusat di seluruh tubuh sudah berkembang sehingga bisa merasakan usapan tangan Anda saat memegang perut sambil sedikit menekan. Bila janin membalas ketukan Anda, tandanya ia tahu Anda menyapa.
6. Menggelitik. Saat Anda ingin beristirahat atau tidur, janin kadang belum lelah sehingga masih ingin bermain di cairan hangat ketuban. Gerakan yang Anda rasakan adalah ia menggelitik tulang rusuk. Maksudnya meminta respon agar Anda membelai dan mengusap tubuhnya dari luar sampai ia tertidur.
7. 'Hormat'. Cuaca di luar hangat, Anda pun ingin menikmatinya dengan berjemur. Tapi tidak demikian dengan janin. Biasanya ia akan melakukan aksi 'hormat' atau lebih tepatnya menutup mata dan kepala karena silau melihat cahaya yang tembus ke dalam perut.
