Alhamdulillah.. baru menginjak masa-masa transisi berbagi dengan si kecil, yaitu masa ngidam. Aku baru mengetahui hamil itu saat minggu ke-4. Yah, tidak terlalu berharap banyak pada Test Pack (TP). Sudah ikut promil alami, minum ini minum itu. Hmmm, harusnya bahas promilnya dulu apa ya? Hm, oke baiklah, next time aja yah. Gak ngerti udah berapa banyak habis TP, karena memang kami harus bersabar selama 10 bulan untuk menanti hehamilan ini, hehe makanya belinya yang OneMed yang 2ribuan aja.

Antara minggu ke-18 sampai ke-22, Bunda akan dibuat takjub merasakan gerakan janin pertamakalinya. Janin umumnya bergerak normal minimal 10 kali sehari atau 1 kali dalam 1 jam. Ia
akan lebih aktif di malam hari karena pengaruh hormon dalam tubuh ibu yg juga aktif di malam
hari. Kelincahan geraknya juga berbeda satu sama lain, jadi tidak perlu membandingkan gerakan
janin Anda dengan janin ibu lainnya ya. Inilah uniknya gerak- gerik janin yang perlu Anda tahu:

1. Mengulet. Pagi hari sebelum bangkit, Anda biasa mengulet di tempat tidur? Janin juga melakukannya. Dia juga merasa pegal setelah beberapa jam tidur. Gerakan meregangkan otot tubuh itu dilakukan beberapa kali dalam sehari. Janin mengulet di pagi hari bisa membangunkan Anda yang masih tidur lho! Aksinya makin terasa jika Anda berbaring telentang.
2. Olahraga. Luruskan kaki kanan ke depan, lalu kaki kiri! Luruskan tangan kanan ke depan, ganti tangan kiri. Itulah gerakan olahraga janin. Anda merasakannya sebagai gerakan menendang dan menyikut, padahal di dalam rahim janin tengah melatih otot tubuhnya untuk berkembang.
3. Mengisap Jempol. Tidak hanya dilakukan bayi atau balita, janin juga bisa! Umumnya jempol masuk ke mulut janin saat Anda menikmati makanan lezat. Janin menunggu turunnya zat-zat gizi di makanan itu sampai ke aliran darahnya melalui plasenta. Unik, tapi itu fakta!
4. Berputar. Saat Anda bekerja, janin tidak mau kalah. Ia sibuk menggerakkan kedua tangan. Apalagi bila ia menganggap tali pusat yang menghubungkan janin dengan Anda adalah benda menarik. Janin akan memutar- mutar tali pusat dan menggunakannya untuk berpindah dari satu sisi ke sisi lain.
5. Mengetuk, tok ..tok! Biasanya muncul bila Anda mengetuk janin lebih dahulu. Janin usia 24 minggu bisa merespon karena sistem saraf pusat di seluruh tubuh sudah berkembang sehingga bisa merasakan usapan tangan Anda saat memegang perut sambil sedikit menekan. Bila janin membalas ketukan Anda, tandanya ia tahu Anda menyapa.
6. Menggelitik. Saat Anda ingin beristirahat atau tidur, janin kadang belum lelah sehingga masih ingin bermain di cairan hangat ketuban. Gerakan yang Anda rasakan adalah ia menggelitik tulang rusuk. Maksudnya meminta respon agar Anda membelai dan mengusap tubuhnya dari luar sampai ia tertidur.
7. 'Hormat'. Cuaca di luar hangat, Anda pun ingin menikmatinya dengan berjemur. Tapi tidak demikian dengan janin. Biasanya ia akan melakukan aksi 'hormat' atau lebih tepatnya menutup mata dan kepala karena silau melihat cahaya yang tembus ke dalam perut.
